La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

• Inserire il contratto di vendita nel sistema gestionale, gestendo l’intero processo di evasione dell’ordine
• Fornire al magazzino l’ordine dei ricambi e gestire le commesse inviate all’officina, verificando le configurazioni delle macchine e i tempi di consegna
• Monitorare il corretto e puntuale inserimento dei dati nel sistema gestionale, assicurando la conformità tra il contratto di vendita e la configurazione della macchina
• Verificare il conto economico relativo al contratto di vendita, preventivamente e a consuntivo
• Monitorare la corretta gestione del processo di carico e scarico a magazzino di macchine e attrezzature

Requisiti:

• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in analogo ruolo
• Attitudine a lavorare in team
